How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact 01787 479071 or within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or due to a defect, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us. If an item is defective we will confirm if you wish to receive a replacement or a full refund on receipt of the returned defective item(s). Any orders received in error or defective items received must be returned within seven working days following the date of delivery. By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days of the day after delivery date unless the goods are specifically made to your requirements See Your Statutory Rights for list of ‘made to order’ products. To cancel your purchase under the ‘7-day cooling-off period’ which covers the period from when you received your order, please fill out the Returns Form and return with your item(s), giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation." Please package the relevant item securely and return to us so we receive it within seven working days of your delivery date. The return address is found on your invoice. Goods must be returned as unused and unopened and we recommend using a signed for service as proof of postage. If items are not received to us within the seven day limit, are not received at all, or have been opened or used in anyway, we will be unable to offer a credit.
